Privacy policy

• There are no accounts and no advertising.
• We count how often prompts are copied, without any personal information.
• We never see the text you type while customizing a prompt, or any photo you use in your own image tool.
• We only receive your email address if you write to us.

• Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message, and we use them to reply.
• Prompt copy counts. When you press Copy prompt, your browser sends a small signal containing the prompt’s identifier and the page it was on. It contains no prompt text, no customization text and nothing that identifies you.
• Technical data. Like any website, the servers that deliver pages and images can record your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

PromptLenso does not set cookies on its public pages. Your customization choices live only in your browser’s memory while the page is open, and the site’s font is served from the site itself.

When you search, your words are sent to our server, which ranks the prompts by meaning with a language model that runs on that server and returns the matching cards. Nothing is downloaded to your device and no third-party search service is used. We do not save your search words or link them to you, although, like any request, the hosting provider’s logs can record the request itself, including your IP address.

The site is delivered by hosting infrastructure, and example images are delivered by an image delivery provider. When your browser loads a page or an image, these providers receive your IP address and browser details. They process this on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

We keep email messages only as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of requests, such as content removals. Server logs are kept by our providers for a limited period.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To make a request, contact us at the contact details that will be added to this site.

PromptLenso is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
